Pauper Format

What is "Pauper"?

Pauper is a TCG fan format that usually restricts cards for deck creation to lower rarities. It is a fan made format, and there are several different interpretations on standards for it. Generally, decks are restricted to Ordinary and Extraordinary rarity cards ONLY, and Rose City Sorcery is trying out 40/20 deck sizes with Avatars restricted to the Beta precon avatars, and Sorcerer.
